What can be submitted through the Resolution Form?
- A query that has not been resolved either via self-service or one of our human agents;
- An expression of dissatisfaction regarding an experience that a member has had with the Flybuys program or the Flybuys Service Centre; or
- A concern based on an experience that a member has had with the Flybuys program or the Flybuys Service Centre.
Once you have submitted your query through the Resolution Form, one of our dedicated Resolutions team members will get back to you within 2 business days.
