Standard credits
It may take between 5-20 minutes after the transaction for credits to be applied to your Flybuys account. If you are unable to redeem your credits, please wait and try again.
Bonus credits
Any bonus credits earned will be applied to the total earned credits for the transaction and can be viewed in your credits history on the app or website. Click Check credits on the SMEG Kitchen Knife campaign tile to view your credits history.
