Why can’t I select Unattended Delivery when ordering SMEG Kitchen Knife products?

Unattended Delivery cannot be selected when ordering SMEG Kitchen Knife products because in certain states, these products can only be purchased by customers of a specific age (over 16 or 18 years old, depending on the state). In New South Wales, South Australia, Australian Capital Territory, and Queensland SMEG Kitchen Knives can only be redeemed or purchased by customers over the age of 16 years old. In Victoria, SMEG Kitchen Knives can only be redeemed or purchased by customers over the age of 18 years old. The Coles Delivery Team Member is required to verify the customer's age upon delivery, and if they cannot confirm that the recipient meets the legal age requirement, they must refuse the delivery.
