If you leave your SMEG Kitchen Knives soaking in water or to drip dry, eventually spots will start to appear on the knife blade. To remove these spots, use a light scourer with warm soapy water to remove the spots and wipe dry. Always fully dry your knives immediately after handwashing.
Never use your knives to perform any other task than cutting, slicing or dicing i.e. avoid using your knives to pry open lids, screws or tin cans as this can cause damage the blade
Always cut on a suitable cutting/chopping board. Do not try to catch a falling knife.
