How old do I have to be to redeem the SMEG Kitchen Knife products?

Australia has strict laws around the sale of knives to minors. To purchase or redeem, you need to be 16 years of age or older in SA, NSW, and ACT or 18 years of age or older in VIC and QLD. If you look younger than 25 in any of the above states, you will be asked for proof of ID. If you cannot provide acceptable ID, the SMEG Kitchen Knife products will be removed from your transaction. 

For Coles Online orders, Coles Team Members may request for the customer to present an acceptable form of personal identification (ID) and proof of age as per state-specific legislation and may refuse redemptions or purchase of knife products if they have any doubt about the customer’s age. Coles Team Members are required to refuse redemptions or purchases of knife products if they suspect the redemption or purchase of knife products is for a person under the legal age. In addition, on Coles Online, the customer will be prompted to enter in their date of birth for proof of age during their checkout process, nationally.
