How do I order a Flybuys card?

You need a physical Flybuys card to pay with Flybuys Dollars in-store. For all other activities, you can use your digital Flybuys card from your Flybuys app or phone wallet. 

To order a card from the Flybuys app:

Tap the Settings tab.

Tap Replace card. 

Confirm your postal address.

Tap Request card, then allow 15 business days to receive your new card.

To order a card from the Flybuys website:

Sign in to your Flybuys account from flybuys.com.au.

Select Account details from the drop-down menu. 

Select Replace card.

Confirm your postal address and select Request card. Allow 15 business days to receive your new card.
