Why has my Coles four-week promo offer disappeared?

We usually send the four-week promo offer in the middle of the week. There is a new offer tile for each week of the promo. Sometimes there is a lag between the old offer tile disappearing and the new offer tile appearing. Once you've completed your qualifying shop, a congratulations message will appear at the bottom of your receipt.
