How do I transfer Citi reward Points to Flybuys?

Step 1: Sign on to your  Citi Online  account. Click on 'Rewards' from the menu bar on top of the page which will direct you to the Rewards home page.

Step 2: Tap on 'Redeem now' on the Points Transfer tile. Select Flybuys from the available list and hit 'Redeem now'.

Step 3: Enter your membership number and the amount of Flybuys points that you would like to transfer. Click on 'Redeem' to proceed to the next step.

Step 4: Accept the 'Terms and Conditions' by clicking on the box and hit 'Confirm'.
