When to Use the Resolution Form
This form is designed for situations where:
- Your query hasn’t been resolved through self-service or by speaking with our team;
- You’d like to share feedback or dissatisfaction about an experience with the Flybuys program or our Service Centre;
- You have a concern based on your experience with Flybuys.
Please note: The Resolution Form is an escalation step — it’s best used only after you’ve tried our usual support channels.
Once you’ve submitted the form, a member of our team will review your query and get back to you within 2 business days.
