Flybuys points can be converted to Flybuys Dollars in multiples of 2,000 points only. Every 2,000 points equals $10 Flybuys Dollars. Flybuys Dollars may be used in-store only at Coles Supermarkets, Reddy Express, Kmart, Liquorland, Officeworks, Target and mycar. Flybuys Dollars can be spent online and in-store at Target. Product exclusions at retailers may apply, please check before spending your Flybuys Dollars.
The maximum permitted value in your account is $4,999 Flybuys Dollars. When you redeem your points for Flybuys Dollars in the Flybuys app or website, you will be asked to nominate a PIN. This PIN must be entered at the checkout when you pay with Flybuys Dollars. Flybuys points and Flybuys Dollars have no cash or monetary value. If you don’t use all your Flybuys Dollars in the transaction, they’ll remain on your card to be used in the future. Additional card holders on your account can use your Flybuys Dollars if they present their Flybuys card or Kmart digital barcode and use the correct PIN. Keep your Flybuys card somewhere safe. You have rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other similar legislation which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by Flybuys. These terms and conditions do not exclude, restrict or limit those statutory rights in any way. However, to the extent that it is permitted to do so, Flybuys Dollars are not refundable or transferrable and if you lose your Flybuys card or your Flybuys card is stolen and your Flybuys Dollars are redeemed, Flybuys is unable to reimburse you.

Your physical Flybuys card must be presented at the checkout at the participating retailers listed below.

Digital Flybuys Dollars Card in the Kmart app
Your physical Flybuys card must be presented at the checkout at the participating retailers listed below.
Kmart customers can use a digital barcode in the Kmart app to spend their Flybuys Dollars in-store at Kmart if they meet the following conditions.
- You must have the Kmart app.
- You must fully link your Flybuys membership in the Kmart app and follow the prompts to verify in the Flybuys app.
- Once linked, you will be able to access your Flybuys card and a separate ‘Flybuys Dollars card’ in the ‘My cards’ section of the Kmart app.
- You must still convert your Flybuys points to Flybuys Dollars in the Flybuys app or on the Flybuys website.
- Shop in-store at Kmart.
- At the checkout, select the ‘Loyalty Rewards’ button, scan your Flybuys Dollars barcode in the Kmart app, enter your Flybuys Dollars PIN and follow the prompts at the checkout to use your Flybuys Dollars.
