What happened?
On Monday, 16 June, some members may have seen the following error message at Coles checkout:
"This Flybuys card is no longer active. Please call Flybuys on 131116."
Is my Flybuys account still active?
Yes — your Flybuys account remains active. The message was shown in error.
What’s the current status?
The issue has now been resolved. However, we are still in the process of understanding the full impact and working through remediation for affected members.
What should I do if I think I was impacted?
