An additional cardholder on my account redeemed money off your shop at Bunnings without my permission. What can I do ?

All additional cardholders on an account can access and redeem rewards.  

If you have your reward preference set to Money off your shop and your Flybuys account has more than 2,000 points, all cardholders on the account will be prompted to redeem the reward at checkout if the offer criteria is met.

To avoid this scenario happening you may wish to:

1. Speak with the additional cardholder(s) to agree on how rewards should be used in the future.
2. Ask the other cardholder(s) to create their own Flybuys account and remove the additional cardholder(s) from your account by contacting our Service Centre.
