Why is Swaggle closing?
Swaggle has made the decision to close its business. For further information about the closure, Flybuys members should contact the relevant Customer Care team listed below.
Can I still place an order with Swaggle online?
Yes. Customers can place orders on the Swaggle website until 3pm AEST on 9 April 2026, when the online store will close.
Flybuys members who place an order before these closure dates will still have their order dispatched and will receive tracking updates via email as their order progresses.
The Swaggle Burwood East physical store will close on 21 April 2026.
Is the Swaggle Burwood East store still open?
The Swaggle Burwood East store will remain open until 21 April 2026.
If I place an order before the online store closes, will I still receive it?
Yes. Orders placed before 3pm AEST on 9 April 2026 will still be dispatched, and customers will receive tracking updates via email as their order progresses.
Will I still receive Flybuys points for my Swaggle order?
Yes. If your purchase qualifies for Flybuys points and your Flybuys is provided at checkout, points will be awarded in accordance with Flybuys Terms and Conditions.
