You may notice a new tracker in the Flybuys app for your Coles 4-week shop offer. This update is designed to make it easier to see your progress. It does not change how the offer works, it simply makes your progress clearer in the app.
What is changing?
A new 4-week shop tracker is being introduced in the Flybuys app to help members track their progress more clearly. This includes an updated offer tile, an always-on tracker, and a more detailed view of qualification progress.
Does this change how the 4-week shop offer works?
No. There are no changes to the overall campaign structure, and this update changes how progress is displayed in the app.
Where can I see the new tracker?
The new tracker is available in the Flybuys app only. There are no changes to the website or other non-app channels.
Why can’t I see the new tracker?
The new tracker is being rolled out gradually, so not all members will see it at the same time. If you cannot see it yet, you may still be seeing the current version of the offer experience in the app.
Why do I still have the old offer design?
This feature is being introduced gradually, so some members will continue to see the previous version while the rollout is in progress.
Where did my offer go?
Once you activate your 4-week shop offer, it changes to a tracker. You will see the tracker at the top of the offers screen, and in your activated offers screen in the app.
Why doesn’t the offer reappear like it used to?
Previously, many members would know they had qualified when the offer reappeared in the app. With the new tracker, you can now follow your progress as you go instead of waiting for the offer to come back.
Why does the tracker stay visible?
The tracker is designed to remain visible during your 4-week shop journey so you can more easily check your progress from week to week.
How quickly does the tracker update after I shop?
In Store - The tracker is designed to update in near real time, usually within around 5 minutes of shopping once the offers screen has been refreshed.
Online - The tracker can take up to 48 hours to update.
What should I do if my tracker looks out of date?
First, try refreshing the app by pulling down on the offers screen. This may prompt the tracker to update.
If you completed your shop online, there may be a longer delay while qualification is being processed. In that case, we recommend allowing 24 to 48 hours before checking again.
If it still has not updated after that, please contact us.
I shopped online and my tracker has not updated yet. Is that normal?
Yes, sometimes. For online shops, there may be a delay while qualification data is processed. Your tracker will update once that information has been received. We recommend waiting 24 to 48 hours before contacting us if it is still not showing.
What does an x on the tracker mean?
An x means you have missed a qualifying shop for that week. If a week is missed, the tracker will show that missed week and remain visible for one more week before being removed.
Flybuys fixed my missed week, but the app still shows I missed it. Why?
This is expected. If a missed week has been manually fixed for you, the app does not update straight away. The tracker will only reflect that change after your next successful qualifying shop.
If you have already completed your next qualifying shop, try refreshing the app first. If that shop was online, please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing.
I’ve already done my next shop and the tracker still hasn’t changed. What should I do?
Please refresh the Flybuys app first by pulling down on the offers screen. If your most recent qualifying shop was online, allow 24 to 48 hours for processing.
If the tracker still has not updated after that, please contact us so we can review it further.
Does this apply to all shop offers?
No. This update is specific to the Flybuys app experience for the Coles 4-week shop.
