Yes, you can spend Flybuys Dollars in-store at Kmart and using the Kmart app if you have linked your Flybuys in your Kmart app and have Flybuys Dollars loaded onto your card in the Kmart app ‘My cards’. Here’s how it works:
Linking your Flybuys in the Kmart app
- Open your Kmart app, ensuring you’re signed in.
- Tap on the ‘My cards’ wallet image in the top right-hand corner
- Tap ‘Link Flybuys Card’ and follow the prompts ensuring you have your card barcode handy via either the Flybuys app or your physical card.
- Within ‘My cards’ tap on ‘verify now’ to link your Flybuys Dollars
- Follow the prompts to link your account
- Once linked your ‘My cards’ in the Kmart app will show the Flybuys points available on the Flybuys dark blue card and a lighter blue card labelled Flybuys Dollars which will show any Flybuys Dollars you have available to spend.
- To convert your Flybuys points to Flybuys Dollars, tap ‘Redeem’ in the Flybuys app
- Tap ‘Flybuys Dollars’ and follow the prompts to choose how many points you want to convert.
- Once converted the value of your Flybuys Dollars is ready for spending and will appear in the Kmart app under ‘My cards’ on your Flybuys Dollars card.
Spending your Flybuys Dollars in store at the Kmart checkout using the Kmart app
- Scan your items in-store, don’t forget to scan your Flybuys.
- Select ‘Loyalty Rewards’ as the payment option
- Open the Kmart app and scan your Flybuys Dollars barcode in ‘My cards’
- Enter the amount of Flybuys Dollars you want to use
- Enter your 4-digit PIN on the EFTPOS pinpad to complete transaction
- If you have an amount still to pay after using Flybuys Dollars, you will be returned to the ‘Payment options’ to complete your transaction.
If you don’t use the Kmart app, scan your physical Flybuys card at the checkout using the ‘cards’ payment option.
