These terms and conditions do not exclude, restrict or limit those statutory rights in any way. However, to the extent that it is permitted to do so, Flybuys Dollars are not refundable or transferrable and if you lose your Flybuys card or your Flybuys card is stolen and your Flybuys Dollars are redeemed, Flybuys is unable to reimburse you.
