How do I convert my points into Flybuys Dollars to get money off my shop?

If you haven’t updated to the latest app, some of these steps may look different.
Update now. 

Flybuys app:
1. Go to ‘Redeem’ and tap ‘Flybuys Dollars’.
2. Tap the ‘+’ button to select the amount of Flybuys Dollars you'd like.
3. Tap ‘Continue’.
4. Set your four-digit card PIN
5. Tap ‘Redeem’ points.

Flybuys website:
1. Sign in to your Flybuys account.
2. Select ‘Redeem points’ from the main navigation.
3. Select ‘Flybuys Dollars’.
4. Select ‘Redeem now’.
5. Choose how many points you’d like to convert to Flybuys Dollars.
6. Select ‘Redeem’.
If this is the first time you've redeemed Flybuys Dollars, you'll need to set a four-digit card PIN.
7. Select ‘Redeem Flybuys Dollars’.
8. Flybuys Dollars will be loaded onto your physical Flybuys.

To spend Flybuys Dollars in-store:
1. Scan your items.
2. Select 'Pay with card'.
3. Swipe your physical Flybuys through the EFTPOS machine.
4. Enter your four-digit card PIN.
If your Flybuys Dollars balance won't cover your entire purchase, select ‘Mixed Payment’ and enter the amount of Flybuys Dollars you'd like to use.
Once you've completed your Flybuys Dollars payment, you can return to the payment screen to pay for the rest of your purchase with cash, or a debit or credit card.
