How do I convert my points to Flybuys Dollars?

Flybuys app:

• Go to the ‘Redeem’ tab and tap ‘Flybuys Dollars’
• Tap the + button to select the amount of Flybuys Dollars you’d like, and tap ‘Continue’
• Set your four-digit PIN to use when you pay with your Flybuys Dollars in-store
• The Flybuys Dollars will be loaded onto your Flybuys card and visible in your ‘Wallet’ on the app

Flybuys website:

• Sign in to your Flybuys account
• Select ‘Redeem points’ from the main menu
• Select ‘Flybuys Dollars’
• Select ‘Redeem now’
• Choose how many points you want to convert to Flybuys Dollars and select ‘Redeem’
• If this is the first time you've redeemed Flybuys Dollars, you'll need to set a four-digit PIN
• Select ‘Redeem Flybuys Dollars’
• The Flybuys Dollars will be loaded onto your Flybuys card and visible in your ‘Wallet’ on the app

To spend Flybuys Dollars in-store with your physical card:  

• Scan your items, don’t forget to scan your Flybuys to earn points on your shop
• Select 'Pay with card'
• Swipe your physical Flybuys card through the EFTPOS machine    
• Enter your four-digit PIN
• If your Flybuys Dollars balance won't cover your entire purchase or you don’t want to use all your 
• Flybuys Dollars, select Mixed Payment and enter the amount of Flybuys Dollars you'd like to use
  Once you've completed your Flybuys Dollars payment, you can return to the payment screen to pay for the rest of your purchase with cash, or a debit or credit card

To spend Flybuys Dollars in-store using the Kmart app at Kmart:
 
First ensure you have downloaded the Kmart app, set up your account and link your Flybuys. Refer to FAQ on linking Flybuys to the Kmart app for details on how to do this.

• Scan your items, don’t forget to scan your Flybuys to earn points on your shop
• Select ‘Loyalty Rewards’ as the payment option
• Open the Kmart app and scan your Flybuys Dollars barcode in My Cards
• Enter the amount of Flybuys Dollars you want to use
• Enter your 4-digit PIN on the EFTPOS pinpad to complete transaction
• If you have an amount still to pay after using Flybuys Dollars, you will be returned to the ‘Payment
• Options’ to complete your transaction
