How do I exchange my points for Flybuys Dollars to get money off my shop?

Flybuys app:

• Go to Redeem tab and tap the Flybuys Dollars button.

• Tap the + button to select the amount of Flybuys Dollars you'd like.
• Tap Continue.
• Set your four-digit PIN to use when you pay with your Flybuys Dollars.
• Tap Redeem points.

Flybuys website:

• Sign in to your Flybuys account.
• Select Redeem points from the main menu.
• Select Flybuys Dollars .
• Select Redeem now.
• Select how many points you want to convert to Flybuys Dollars.
• Select Redeem.
• If this is the first time you've redeemed Flybuys Dollars, you'll need to set a four-digit PIN.
• Select Redeem Flybuys Dollars.
• The Flybuys Dollars will be loaded onto your Flybuys card.

To spend Flybuys Dollars in-store:

• Scan your items.
• Select 'Pay with card'.
• Swipe your physical Flybuys card through the EFTPOS machine.
• Enter your four-digit PIN.
• If your Flybuys Dollars balance won't cover your entire purchase, select Mixed Payment and enter the amount of Flybuys Dollars you'd like to use.
• Once you've completed your Flybuys Dollars payment, you can return to the payment screen to pay for the rest of your purchase with cash, or a debit or credit card.
