How do I reset my password?

Flybuys app:

• Open the Flybuys app and tap Sign in.
• Tap Forgot password.
• Enter the email address connected to your Flybuys account.
• We'll send you a password reset link via email.
• Tap the link and follow the prompts to create a new password.

Flybuys website:

• Visit flybuys.com.au.
• Tap Sign in.
• Tap Forgot password. 
• Enter the email address connected to your Flybuys account.
• We'll send you a password reset link via email.  
• Tap the link and follow the prompts to create a new password.

Note: Passwords cannot be reset via mobile or member number. If you can no longer access the email listed on your account, please send us an enquiry.
