How do I remove the prompt at checkout to get $10 off my shop?

If you’d prefer to stash your points for something special, you can turn the prompt at checkout off using the Instant $10 off toggle in your Flybuys account.

Flybuys app:

• Open the Settings tab of your Flybuys app.
• Tap Partner preferences.
• Tap Instant $10 off.
• Switch the toggle to off. 

Flybuys website:

• Sign in to your account from flybuys.com.au. 
• Visit Account Details.
• Under Instant $10 off in-store at participating stores, switch the toggle to off. 

You can also decline the prompt to use 2,000 points for $10 off your shop at the self-serve checkout or inform the cashier when going through assisted checkout. Declining the prompt works for that transaction only - you will continue to receive the prompt for eligible transactions unless you turn off the Instant $10 toggle.
