If your product has arrived faulty, damaged, not as described, or unfit for use, please contact the Flybuys Service Centre. The fastest way to get in touch is online from our Chat Bot. Alternatively, you can call us on 13 11 16, Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm (AET).
Please contact us within 4 weeks of becoming aware of the fault or damage, unless there are extenuating circumstances.
To help us assess your claim, please include the following details:
- your Flybuys member number
- your order number
- the product name
- a description of the fault or damage
- photos of the product and packaging, where applicable
