You have certain statutory guarantees, rights and remedies that apply to a reward you receive under the Australian Consumer Law and which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. If your product has arrived faulty, damaged, not as described or unfit for use, please contact the Flybuys Service Centre on 13 11 16 Mon–Fri 9am–7pm (AET) or send us an enquiry within a reasonable time, and in any event within 4 weeks of becoming aware of the damage or fault, unless in extenuating circumstances. Please include the following details: Your Flybuys member number, order number, product name, along with a description of the damage (pictures of the product and the packaging, if applicable).
