I forgot to scan my Flybuys; can I still collect points?

If your shop was in-store at Coles:

• Return to the same store within seven days with your receipt and Flybuys.
• A team member can add the standard points to your account.

If your shop was in-store at Officeworks:

• Return to the same store within seven days with the item you purchased, your receipt and your Flybuys card.
• A team member can process a refund and reprocess the sale with your Flybuys to get the standard points added to your account.
