If you cancel your Eligible Optus Service within 3 months from service activation, you will not receive the Flybuys points. Plan cancellation fees may also apply. You will receive the points after 3 months from activation. Once your points have been applied to your Flybuys account, you will retain the points regardless of cancelling.
