What happens if I cancel my Optus service?

If you cancel your Eligible Optus Service within 90 days of activating the service, you will not receive your points. Plan cancellation fees may also apply.

If you keep your service for 90 days, you will receive your points 90 days after activation. Once we credit the points to your Flybuys account, you will retain the points regardless of cancelling.
